The minor release form/waiver is required for all minors ages 17 and under that will be entering the pit area. A new minor release form is required to be filled out each year. These need to be turned into the pit shack.

The driver registration form needs to be filled out each year. Please fill out all sections. Turn the form and W9 into the pit shack prior to racing.
